Submission Terms and Conditions
For Brush Submissions:
- Your Creative Work Only: Please upload your work only. Do not upload brush sets that you haven't created. If a claim that someone else created the work you submitted, we reserve the right to remove your submissions and or credit the original artist.
- Personal and Commercial Use: This is a public site offering products for personal and commercial use. Do not upload anything unless you intend for the use to be seen publicly or commercially.
- Special usage: If you have special terms for your brushes put them in a README text file included with your download. If your terms are broken, it is your responsibility to take action. Brushtastic can not be found responsible for the use of the brushes once they are downloaded.
- Royalties: Brushtastic will payout 30% royalty for every sale within the first 10 days of every month. Fake and or counterfeit orders will result in negative commissions. Please make sure you provide your current Paypal email account.
- Promotions: Feel free to promote your own brushes for sale within your own site(s).
